      Over the year we lived there the water heater went out at least 9 times leaving the billing without hot water. Read More Part of the perks of moving in were the pool house and hot tub. A week after we moved in they removed the hot tub and the pool was shut down the entire summer. And when they did reopen it was very unsanitary and not worth swimming in.

      The front office has been staffed with some very unprofessional people. If you're not in the favored "clinqe" Read More, you will get shoved aside. The maint. office closes earlier than any other place I've lived - before 4:00pm. They keep raising the rent, but the parking lot, outside lights, and interior hallways haven't been kept up. It's starting to look run down.

Here at The Cliffs, weekly maintenance checks are completed to ensure proper lighting of our parking lots and the interior hallways have been restored.       High rent, poor quality of property. Maintanence was TERRIBLE. Dirty, especially common areas. It took them 3M Read MoreONTHS to come fix the disposal, and that was with numerous emails and calls. The good vent didn't get fixed during my lease (12 months). My ac stopped working in the peak of summer. My husband and I called/emailed/went in in person at least twice a week to remind them. It took 2MONTHS! 95* indoors? Unacceptable. Admin was nice. One of the only upsides.
