Terms
Lease Terms: 1,3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Security Deposit: $300-$350. We also offer special pricing for leases longer than 12 months. Pet Policy: Two pet maximum per apartment. $180 non-refundable pet fee for one dog additional $80 for a second dog. $150 for one cat and additional $50 for a second. $35 pet rent for one dog and $20 for one cat & $10 additional for a second pet.
