Palomino is a beautiful place to live. However, the rent is extremely high. Also, management treats all guests Read More as if they are nusances who shouldn't be visiting residents. Finally, there are certain things on the property which have needed fixing for almost a year, but management does not get them fixed.

The upstairs bedroom of the one bedroom townhome I rented did not have a ceiling fan, which was a real problem Read More in the summer and for that reason I would not rent there again. To compensate I opened my window only to listen to highway traffic. The "free" exercise classes were scheduled in the mornings, geared toward retirees. They should schedule classes in the evenings because most tenants work. They need to update their treadmills because their treadmills broke down often.

Palomino is a nice, safe place to live. Since I am on an end unit, I notice little things like air coming in Read Moreunder my door, air coming thru my closed window, and I can hear every step my neighbors make. That being said, the maintenance guys are always quick to take care of me.
