Grounds and all aspects of apartment complex are constantly being cleaned and monitored. All repairs needed ha Read Moreve been addressed promptly, and courteously. Staff is friendly and helpful. No problems regarding noise or disorderly conduct. All in all a pleasant place to call home.

Wouldn't live here again. The air conditioner wasn't strong enough to keep the apartment cool so I got $250/m Read Moreonth electric bills in the summer, whilst having a super hot, uncomfortable apartment.

We were charged $90 for repainting of the apartment when it did NOT specify in the lease that we needed to have it outsourced. We cleaned the apartment and went and got paint from the leasing office and *did the painting ourselves*. Charge for extra cleaning was fine however.

The office staff is great. We were approved and were able to move in the same day! We haven't had any problems Read More with our apartment, either. Great experience so far!

I was ill/hurt and was in the hospital with a broken arm and leg, I forgot my rent and Immed payed it on the 4 Read Moreth. However I was required to a lot more. my rent was $790. I had to pay $999. I am on Social Security and that was very expensive and I had to borrow money for my food that month.
