During the weekends late at night, it was difficult to find parking - I often had to park several complexes aw Read Moreay.

I also think that the apartments could have more insulation. I'm a light sleeper and I often heard my neighbors peeing and vomiting on several occasions - I know that this is a complex and that noise is to be expected - so this is not really a complaint, just that the noise is there.

Maintenance did a great job with the upkeep of the community.

The layout of my apartment was a little weird. On both long walls in the living room, there were heaters that spanned almost the entire length of the wall, which made it difficult to put any furniture against the wall - there was always a gap. The corner fire place was also another issue - In the two years of living at the complex, I never once used the fire place, so I would place my couch in front of it. The swamp cooler was terrible. I think that the an upgrade to central air should be done throughout the complex. During the summer time, I ended up sleeping on my couch, as the 6 fans throughout the house were not able to cool the apartment down.

The two instances were I had to have maintenance in my apartment, the gentleman I don't think he works for the complex anymore was great. He responded quickly to the issues I was having.

The staff was always friendly and easy to talk to. They were also very helpful with questions and concerns, especially when I had to change me name.

I think that the complex is decent, but I think that there could be some improvements like a water heater in each apartment. I've had to change my wake up schedule several times to get some hot water. Having a washer dryer in the unit would also be great - For this, I've also had to adjust my washing schedule and have found that I had to do laundry later in the evening, without having to walk several complexes down. I also think that hardwood floors should be placed throughout the apartment. This would save the company thousa

It s beautiful and feels like home but the leasing office is awful about communicating when the office is clo Read Moresed, when they decide to change the locks on the laundry room, and when the laundry room card reader is broken. This has caused annoying inconveniences. Its really annoying when its 6pm and you have 4 loads of laundry that you just lugged to another building only to have a sign on the door telling you that they locked you out and didn t think that was important enough to send an email. If they stepped it up on this issue and increased non-emergency maintenance hours, this place would be awesome. The weird light bulbs in the kitchen burn out a lot. Oh and also the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear your neighbors conversations.
