We had signed up for a 3rd level, with a view of the golf course and that is not what we got. When we went in Read Moreto sign the lease papers, we weren't showed to the apartment nor welcomed very well. When we spoke to the office agent and explained to them that we were told we were getting the apartment we had been waiting for they said there wasn't one available at the time but we could be put on a waiting list but the rent was going to be raised as well.

could not see apt till a day before move in, it was not clean(my floor rag was black,windows had a film, greas Read Moree on cupboards....) I think it is wrong to make residents pay for valet garbage! I pay over a thousand $$$ a month and can take my own trash to dumpster which I also pay for. I am wasting money and work hard to stay here. I live alone and have zero pets. For this reason I may not stay here. On signing paper work I took it as a nice jester for residents. People are friendly that's nice!

We lived here for two years, it's a nice place but there's some things to know. The maintenance guys come on t Read Moreime and some of the office people were very helpful, but others weren't. They raised our rent $50 the first year and the second year they raised it $100 more, so we moved. Also the Office center computers almost NEVER worked and the wi fi hardly worked too. We had a lot of sound problems too, kids screaming at the pool, music after hours, rowdy teens. overall and average place to live.

Grounds kept nice. Very nice office staff. However, drug policy not well enforced and noise issues do arise. R Read Moreecreational facilities are lacking. The fitness room has old, outdated machines that don't work most of the time and no free-weights. The pool is closed on major summer holidays to prevent problems? The windows and doors in my apartment are not well-insulated so I can feel cold drafts.
