    Terms

    8-13 month leases and area based upon availability. The Remington at Lone Tree is a wonderful community for your pets. We accept both cats and dogs into this beautiful paradise. $400 deposit for 1 pet, $600 for 2 pets. 1/2 is refundable. We allow two pets per unit and there is a monthly rental rate of $15.00 per pet. 75lb weight limit and breed restrictions on dogs.

    This is very good community with very good shopping places nearby. Management was very friendly and also they Read Morehave very good offers. Very beautiful House layout and community area as well including 24x7 Gym.

    The apartments are average at best, but the rent is extremely high because of the area. Maintenance request w Read Moreaiting times were sometimes lengthy and the staff wasn't very friendly after you signed a lease.

    We had our water heater leak all over our apartment not once, not twice but 3 times. Each time they had to rem Read Moreove and replace the carpet and cut and patch holes in the wall...it took at least 7 days each time we weren't allowed in the bedroom. Then we've had to have the garbage disposal worked on 4 times due to its leaking. We've gone without heat for days at least 5 times because of our pilot light being out and having to call multiple times before they sent someone out & they've yet to fix it.

    Remington staff was very unhelpful. They did not respond to maintenance requests and blamed the residents rat Read Moreher than faulty maintenance and poor quality materials. When I complained I was attacked by the staff rather than helped.
