One week after move-in large black stain appeared in living room carpet. They had it cleaned. Stain was back a Read More week later. Manager said that was all they could do. Heat does not flow evenly through vents. 15 degree change from living room to master bedroom. We added garage to lease but found no use for it. I'm told waiting list exists for garage but I can't remove garage from lease until it ends when there is another tenant that needs one now. That puzzles me.

Moved there from out of state to live while looking for a house, where told there would be no penalty for movi Read Moreng out early, when we found a house after 7 months and moved out we where told we had to pay a 2 month penalty, which we managed to get voided. Parking very limited, our neighbors used 3 parking spots for 2 cars since they didn't want to get their cars dented, had to park out of sight of the townhouse we rented, no assistance from the office in this matter, even after repeated complaints
