When I was a tenant there in Oct 2009 to Feb 2011, I had problem with the broken heater and the running toilet Read More. I have called the maintenance and they came to fix them many times (more than 4 times) and they were still not working properly. And I gave up calling. I rented a bigger one bedroom. There is no heater in the closet and the cold seep through the closet door into my bedroom. And with the heater not working properly I had to sleep with heavy down comforter in winter.

It was ok but for the price I think they could do better with updating their workout space and taking care of Read Morethe laundry facilities.

Maintenance requests were attended to quickly if not always correctly, staff was friendly and courteous, not a Read Morelways the best communication, sprinklers often broken wasting water and raising the cost of the water bill for residents, grounds (overall) well maintained, same with parking facililties

Apartment was cold in the winter, and heating bill very high. Repairmen were friendly but unreliable. Building Read More was old and in need of a lot of repairs. Sometimes I had ergent needs which went unserviced for days. Office had poor response time and appeared apathetic. I felt it was poorly managed. I left as soon as my lease was up.
