Certified Resident

It would be good to have someone on site after normal hours and/or at special events such as scheduled birthda Read Morey parties or the like. A recent group trashed the pool & there was no one there to control it. Social activities are great but end at 5PM closing, many don't get off work until after that, I work until 6PM or later all the way to Denver. Just having someone there available would be great, a second shift person. Julian is fabulous by the way.

The management changes abruptly and they make promises they clearly are not invested in keeping. The only pos Read Moreitive is they left me alone after a few months of what I deem harassment for more fees. It was only after I went above the complex's management to the top brass that they cleared up the "additional fees" and started charging me the rent on my lease. Bad, BAd, BAD...would never consider using their management/leasing company either!
