    I lived there in 2009. The manager of Waterford was great! He always took my call if I needed him, or the main Read Moretenance man. He also planned events to include bring all the residence together for the opening of the pool. The apartment was nice and well maintained.

    Management is rude. The apartments are not maintained and if you have a maintenance concern it takes weeks for Read More them to get anything done. If you live on the bottom floor the upstairs residents are extremely loud, must be bad insulation.

    We do apologize if you were not satisfied with our services. There was changes in staffing to better serve the community and its residents. The current maintenance staff typically is able to have all maintenance requests completed within a quick and timely manner. It's very rare that we experience complaints. The apartment living lifestyle may not be for everyone and some noise should be expected, however, we do try our best to respond to all complaints regarding noise and other disturbances.

    The prior Tennent was a smoker and the apartment smelled of smoke especially when the ac was on. I complained Read Moretwice and they finally changed the air filter. However changing the filter did not solve the problem and the smoke smell was creating issues for my son who had asthma. After repeated letters to management about the isdue, and nothing being done, we moved.

    In recent years, we have implemented our "No-Smoking" policy within the apartments. We understand the concerns that arise from tenants smoking in the apartments and it can be difficult to remove the odors completely. We take pride in providing a great home and a great community for our residents and prior to any new residents moving into their new home, we thoroughly clean and repaint.
