Leasing Terms

Pet Policy: Pet Friendly. Maximum of 2 pets per home, combined weight of pets may not exceed 160 lbs. Dogs must be of at least 6 months of age and full-grown weight 80 lbs or less. Pets between 6 ? 12 months old are subject to an additional pet fee. Hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, birds, and all reptiles are not permitted without written permission from the community manager. Fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons) are allowed. No ferrets or rabbits are allowed.

The Pet must be spayed/neutered and current on all shots. A veterinarian certificate is required before approval of application. Certificate should include proof of spaying/neutering, weight of pet and breed of pet. Pets must be leashed at all times when in common areas or on community grounds.
Pet waste must be disposed of immediately in an appropriate container. There is a fine of $25.00 for each incident of failure to dispose of pet waste.
Pets may not be left and/or tied unsupervised on patios, porches, or balconies. Any violation of these policies will result in cancellation of your pet agreement and possible eviction. Visiting pets are NOT permitted on the community grounds unless written permission is given by the community manager.
A photo of your pet is required prior to move-in. You may bring a photo in or bring your pet to the leasing office and have the photo taken there.

Breed Restrictions: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky and purebreds or mixes with these breeds.

The price and location is great. The apartments are in dire need of appliance and overall updates. The office Read Morestaff are somewhat helpful but not overly friendly or willing to go above and beyond to help out the residents.

The office staff was always very nice and professional and helpful. If anything needed looked at, they came v Read Moreery quickly to fix it. It was a very quiet place to live; the residents were very respectful of others. It was in a great location and I loved the walking trails close by. I would rent from them again if I needed to.

The management and maintenance staff was very attentive to every need in the entire complex and extremely time Read Morely when it came to minor maintenance issues. The buildings were kept up very nicely and looked new all the time. Landscaping and snow removal was very timely
