if there was a problem they didn't come fix it. or they came several days later. when it came to renewing the Read Morelease, you get a notice after 60 days, so if you want out after the lease is up you are screwed and have to pay a very high amount to get out after the lease is up. they stated that there were several things wrong, when it was on the list upon moving in. after one year if you wanted to renew the rent went up by about 200.00 per month.

I just think they should try to keep their good tenants instead of raising rent so much. And then when you do Read More move out they find unnecessary expenses so you don't get your deposit back.

My rent has gone up enough since I moved in that I can barely pay my rent each month.

When things went bad (ie our mail box got tampered with twice, our furnace died during the coldest week on rec Read Moreord and when we broke our lease (after renewing)due to the purchase of our home) they took their time to take care of us. Over all it was another typical apatment complex.
