They never relapsed the carpet in my apartment before move in ad the tack strip was showing. I had called and Read Moretold them over and over that I keep steeping on it so they finely sent someone out to pound the tacks down then charged me part of my security deposit for it when we moved out.

It was such a pretty place. I just really enjoyed the apartment, the big tub the large closets, the pretty fir Read Moreeplace. I felt secure in living there .The grounds were well kept, nice weight room and pool. I miss it. Would definately live there again.

In the 2 years I lived at the regatta, not one experience with the office ladies was satisfactory. They always Read More acted like I was a huge annoyance to their jobs and I had to call multiple times to get any results. The rent for a two bed, one bath is the same price as renting a 4bedroom home in the same area and the "perks" of apartment living aren't worth that much, especially when you feel uncomfortable going into the main office because of the staff's attitudes.

Air leakage of the apartment was high, which made for high utility bills. I had to put blankets in the window Read Mores.
Advertised hard wood floors but they were laminates that peeled and bubbled and was very poorly installed.
Newly remodeled but had fake painted counter tops.
Neighbors upstairs had police called often for domestic violence and when I complained about the noise they suggested I move to a different unit instead of dealing with the problem.
