I would not rate it excellent as I felt that the mini-blinds in my unit were very old and I had to hang curtai Read Morens because you could see through them into the apartment at night. Being on a ground floor unit this wasn't acceptable.

They where great about fixes or calls with problems. They always kept the grounds clean. The pool was always g Read Morereat if you have kids. They also keep it well maintained. They lay out and design was nice of the two bedroom 1 bath. Front office was always friendly. Lots of car alarms and noise outside at times but no more than other apartments. The parking also was never a issue and that was nice.

It was such a pretty place. I just really enjoyed the apartment, the big tub the large closets, the pretty fir Read Moreeplace. I felt secure in living there .The grounds were well kept, nice weight room and pool. I miss it. Would definately live there again.

They charge a lot for what you get. I didn't feel I for my money's worth. They are so strict on rules there is Read More no working with you on anything.
