Apartment was in terrible condition at move in and has taken many attempts to get rid of horrid smells and ani Read Moremal hair. Hair has been painted into walls and baseboards. The garage stairway had to get a coat of paint to attempt to eradicate the urine smell from previous tenant. The carpet in stairway is beyond the need for replacement. And It's loud! This is temporary living for us, so we aren't going to wait for the management to fix but I would hope it's fixed before another family lives here.

The monthly news letters are detailed, fun and informative. The apartments themselves are well built and the trash valet is an awesome plus, thank you

It's very quiet, whenever you need maintenance work, they come right away. they keep up with the grounds. It's Read More a beautiful complex. I definitley give them a high rating.

I used to like living here but the new management company is spending a lot of money on upgrades that provide Read Moreno value to me. Because of these upgrades my rent is going up 13% this year! The "valet trash" fee of $25 a month is ridiculous, not only is that a rip off, if your trash is not set out perfectly to their specifications they won't pick it up.
