          Good option for the Boulder workforce. Numerous commuting paths available. Commute time is 20 to 40 minutes Read Moredepending on rush periods. Pet policy is great. Residents in our area a pretty good about cleaning up after their pet's relieve themselves. Staff is very good. Apartment is well maintained and maintenance response has been awesome. New ownership is investing in refurbishment of the apartments and the compound.
