Maintenance is incompetent. Office staff acts like they could care less, answers about one in five calls and v Read Moreery unhelpful when it comes to maintenance issues. Never written a negative review in my life, not a complainer, so trust me, steer clear of Summit at Thornton.

Management knew about a problem with the pool and that it would not be open much during the 2013 summer. They Read Moredid not info new renters of this problem.
Maintance of the buildings the main doors when i moved in to the apartments worked but within 2 months they both were broken as of 12-2013 10 months later and mutiple reports from people living in the building still not fixed. When you pay for a pool to swim in and a locked building then you should have them.

First I have had my car towed due to painting lines I was not informed of their intent due to the poor way of Read Morepassing out materials. Also had a neighbor take me to court over watching TV due to his health. The case was thrown out. As soon as I can I am out of this complex.

When I moved in the apartment was infested with cock roaches. It took several weeks to get that under control. Read More The bathroom shower was a mess and the faucet literally fell out of the wall. The initial repair job was pathetic. Their have been several tenants in my building that have caused concern for my safety. And I have children above me that jump from morning until night. I lived for more than a week in April with raw sewage in my bath tub that had come up through the drain. I could go on!

The property manager was very unfriendly and not very helpful. The quality of living was poor. I was told I wo Read Moreuld be getting a new deck and sliding door which didn't occur and fellow neighbors where very discourteous
