Prompt, friendly maintenance response, attractive grounds & apartments, near nice trail. Some things appear l Read Moreuxury but are cheap--like the paper-laminate flooring. My apartment reeked of cigarettes at move in and they refused to replace the carpet. Noise also carried too much from apartment above; I was consistently woken up at all hours of the night by stomping. Was told several times while dealing with the carpet and noise that the apartment manager would get back to me but didn't.

The dog park is constantly unclean, perhaps even unsanitary to people due to trash and pet waste that is not c Read Moreleaned up. I understand that it is the owner's responsibility to clean up, but when that fails, management should step in. Also, the units seem inordinately expensive when compared with other areas in Denver.

Lambertson Farms are luxury apartment homes without the luxury. I would classify these apartments as upper sca Read Morele and a nice place to live, but are overpriced for what you get. The cost of living in the Denver/Metro area is high, but this is price gouging. It was affordable when I moved in, but I couldn't keep my same rate for a second years lease. You get half of what would be considered a luxury apartment but you pay the price of the whole thing. Read the fine print on the lease agreement!
