Be careful when signing a lease with these people, as they are lawsuit happy and will come after anyone for an Read Morey slight deviation from the contract. If you break the lease, you will face very heavy penalties, even if the apartment is left in great shape and they re-rent it right away.

The staff very rarely listens to you when you have a maintenance concern. Most of the time they treat you like Read More you must be stupid. Finally they agree to schedule something and that person usually agrees with you. They go back to the office to report and get parts/and such ordered and it all falls apart again, you usually have to call the office and start over. I know this pattern to be a legit problem because I have had a maintenance issue (on average) monthly since moving in.
