Rent.com Overview
Rent.com is a leading rental listing website dedicated to giving renters a convenient way to find the perfect place to live by building innovative tools that bring renters and property owners together. Renters can search the site's detailed property listings, which include contact information, pricing, photos, floor plans, and virtual tours. Our mobile apps provide access to millions of rental listings nationwide—anytime, anywhere.
In addition to providing renters free access to detailed property listings Rent.com rewards renters with a $100 prepaid Visa® debit card when they:
- Find a reward card eligible property using the Rent.com website
- Tell the leasing office they used Rent.com when they visit the property
- Report to Rent.com signing a lease at the property to claim their reward
As a pioneer and industry leader in pay for performance advertising, Rent.com is dedicated to helping property managers fill their rental vacancies in a quick, cost-effective manner. With Rent.com, you pay for residents, not prospects. Through the Pay-Per-Lease Program, properties with 50 or more units pay nothing to advertise on the site and only pay a success fee when Rent.com helps fill their vacancy. With verified leases and trackable results, measuring return on investment is easy.
Rent.com also provides a convenient, self-serve Pay-Per-Listing program for managers of properties with 1-49 units including single-family homes, condos and apartment complexes. For a simple flat monthly fee, Rent.com provides a high quality listing, unlimited leads, tracking tools and no long term commitment — you pay to list only when you have a vacancy to fill.
Whether you're a renter or a property manager, you can find your best match on Rent.com, where renting has its rewards.
