Upgrade Your Listing Policy

The Upgrade Your Listing Program

There are three components to the Upgrade Your Listing Program (the "UYL Program"):

PTE enables your property listing to be included in emails sent to renters using Featured Listing allows your property listing to be featured at or near the top of a search results page, and may also include highlighting features. Under Featured Listing, your property listing may rotate with subsequent page reloads. For VIP Listing, your property listing is featured at the top of a search results page, and may also include highlighting features. However, with a VIP Listing, your property listing will not rotate with subsequent page reloads (i.e., it will always remain at the top of a search results page). PTE may also be combined with the use of Featured Listing or VIP Listing.

Fees will invoice you for the monthly service fees associated with each property enrolled in the UYL Program. All invoiced amounts are due upon receipt and must be paid within thirty (30) days or interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. If you believe there is an error on the invoice, please notify us within such 30-day period. If you fail to notify us within such 30-day period, the invoice will be deemed accurate and valid. These are the same payment terms referenced in our Fees and Credits Policy.

Requirements for Participation

In order for a property to participate in the UYL Program, you must: (1) have an active standard listing on for the property; and (2) submit the appropriate images of the property. has no obligation to reserve a "slot" for you under the UYL Program until you enter into a UYL Agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information related to any property participating in the UYL Program. In the event a particular property no longer has an active standard listing on, may immediately terminate such property's participation in the UYL Program.

Participation in the UYL Program is subject to availability and's approval. assumes no responsibility for the success of PTE, Featured Listing or VIP Listing, or for your proposed content. reserves the right to change the prices, availability, and format of the various aspects of a UYL Program at any time. Customer shall give written notice of at least 30 days to of the sale or transfer of any property participating in the UYL Program and shall pay all fees accrued prior to the sale/transfer date.
