Rooms are large and light. Hardwood throughout was very important. Neighbors very nice,Draw backs are no cover Read Moreed parking, tiny outdated bathroom and no central air. I wanted a place further from the traffic and didn't get it- right on super busy street.

The response from maintenance is prompt and quickly. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The only thing I d Read Moreo not like is the noise coming from the upstairs apt when my neighbors walk, but I do understand that is because of the structure of the building and the hardwood floors.

very noisey residents lived below us.parking was a pain the rear,as far as getting a spot near your apartment, Read Moremarked spaces would have been great.snow removeel and sidewalk and stairs were very poor and dangerous.parking rules were never enforced,visiters parked in the rear all night when ever they felt like it.applinces were old and poor.complaints were rarely looked into without several calls.noboby in charge seemed to care at all.
