It is certainly not the value for the money I paid. Maintenance call response was pretty bad considering the r Read Moreent they are collecting. May be it was toward the close of my lease agreement. Either way this is unacceptable. Also they are very particular about the apartment vacation notice. I extended the lease for a month and was in a month by month basis. When I gave a vacation notice a month before I intended to vacate, they still demanded the penalty which is a month rent. Wrong! Stay away!
