I really like the apartment complex. Its really nice, big and clean but its really wicked expensive. I pay 12 Read More47 every month and it doesn't include heat and gas or electric bill and gas. I end up paying an average of 1800 a month on all my bills including rent, utilities, cable and water, gas, and electric It can get very costly a month. The electric bill is very high around this area and everything is electric. Makes it really eexpensive. The neighborhood can report alot abt noise complain.

Snow removal was terrible this winter, No adult swim nights from 8-10 on Fri-Sun, no picnic area or fire pits Read Morefor adults to gather outside. Club house not available after hours to host functions. Office staff is fanatastic

The facility is beginning to get old and for the amount paid for rent, it is not acceptable. Also- there are Read Moreissues with the electricity costs, I believe I am being charged for electricity I am not using. I also know that the owners of Vintage at the Grove are purchasing an adjacent complex. they plan to make improvements without rent increase comparable to ours. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
