We were the first people to live in our apartment and one of the first in the entire complex. We lived throug Read Moreh construction and the development of the entire complex. Overall it was a good experience. Only once was there an issue with the bank sending notices to residents saying the complex owner was in financial trouble.

Knoll Crest Resident
The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The amenities were nice as well and the grounds were always kept. My Read More husband and I were not pleased with the level of customer service so we opted not to renew our lease.

1. There is no assigned parking. If one arrives home from work late, one has to park at least one block away. Read More
2. The fitness room is too small to accommodate all the residents. This problem will only get worse once the 2 new buildings are completed and more people move in. The fitness room also does not have a good variety of different equipment.
3. The recycling bin is not large enough to handle all the items from all the residents.
