Newport apartments are good with landscape keep up. Ex plowing, pool, mowing. They just improved repair call b Read Moreack, which has been great. Laundry room issues have dramatically improved.

There are some repetitive concerns that made me rate them FAIR. I have been living here from the past 4 yrs. A Read Morend the only reason is due to the community and not the management for sure.
1- Condition of the Apartments: There are several leaks, gaps, bends, cracks in the interiors that even after notifying several times are ignored by the staff.
2- The Male person in the Office is quite rude and has passed objectionable statements to tenants several times.

The ceiling above my toliet began to drip - took over a month to have it fixed. and never repaired the ceiling Read More. Did not have heat in hallways so apts very drafty - front door warped and so never closed added to draft - increase in heating. light on deck rusted and did not work. Office hours only during work hours very hard to contact. Pool passes only available during work hours, guests not allowed. Could not wait for lease to expire in order to move. Stayed one year only.
