Windows need replacing and some of the bathroom tiles are cracked; the ceiling is bubbling above the shower and the medicine cabinet mirror is discoloring and extremely old; for the rent I pay, it is way to much $$ for this apt.

The apartments are very big, but they are also expensive. I have only once had a problem that wasn't resolved Read More immediately by the staff. Location is good, however the apartments are not sound proof; you can hear your upstairs tenants walking/kids Read Morerunning and in my situation, someone snoring at night. also the apartment I rent has the boiler/room underneath me, that creates loud noise on the bedroom walls which does not let you sleep well. Very hot in the summer months.

For the price that it costs to live at Forest Park, it's really not worth it $1400 for a 2 bedroom deluxe apar Read Moretment. The kitchen is very small. The apartment we had you can hear the boiler all the time. Residence weren't the best. Constantly something going on. Overall not worth it. Best to just buy a house or live in a better priced apartment.
