Its an old building with older equipment and facilities. The water boiler was shut for "maintenance" about 15 Read Moretimes in 1 year. The ventilation in the bathroom is a big problem. The exhaust fan shuts off at night, so extremely dirty smell from other people's apartments, smoke (from people smoking in the bathroom) etc fills your apartment. Most of the residents have blocked the exhaust outlet to avoid this, thus defeating its purpose.
