I seriously doubt you'll want to share this! We were so excited about living here! We did a lot of researc Read Moreh and looked at a lot of apartments. It's sad that one experience within our first 3 months has seriously left us disappointed... Especially since we signed an 18 month lease.

Very nice, upscale community if you stay on the block, not so much if you turn the corner. Nice appliances in Read Moreapartment. Nice amenities (though costly - paying for this & trash on top of rent). Easy access to train station & downtown Stamford. Elevators are horrible - VERY slow most of the time. Noise outside from commercial trucks driving by every morning (even with windows closed) can be frustrating. Monthly water & sewage fees, which were not disclosed when lease was signed.

We have loved our community so far. The apts are clean, well designed, staff has all been wonderful, package n Read Moreotification very soon after the truck arrives, beautiful apts, lots of light, cabnets in kitchen have so much space!!! Pets are everywhere!! :) the surrounding area has restaurants in walking distant, your by the water and have access to paddle boards and kayaks in the summer, pool BBQ area is great!! Yoga, Walgreens are walking distant and fairway groceries are a short drive or walk away. The train is 10 minute walk if you miss the bus. We love it! There's one things that could make this area/community even better is some shops by the water, maybe one day.
