Notices should be sent out when maintenance & office numbers change so access to these resources are not delay Read Moreed. Follow through on maintenance issues need to be in a timely manner and when work is reported to be done be completed on the day scheduled. The apartment itself I am very pleased with. It is very bright compared to my last one and staff are friendly when speaking to. Easy access since I have a disability and the environment is comfortable.
