Our brick apartment residences are on a quiet five acre site in the historic district of Woodbury-the Antiques Capital of Connecticut. You will be surrounded by farm fields and woods yet only a few blocks from shopping, restaurants and other in-town conveniences. There is plenty of on-site parking, large clean laundry rooms in each building and all apartments have been newly renovated. Our apartments are extra large, many with walk-in closets, all with eat-in kitchens, full sized appliances including dishwashers, stoves and refrigerators and ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedrooms. The apartments are all electric with individual thermostat control for kitchen/living room, bedrooms and bath. Most importantly, we manage our own properties and we provide excellent, timely service with our on-site maintenance.

Lease Terms: 12 month leases standard. Shorter term leases available. Security Deposit: 1 1/2 months.

The Gardens Resident
While it was in an excellent location and reasonable for the area, I found a few issues that needed to be ment Read Moreioned. Potentially rabid wildlife shot by law enforcement was not removed but left to deteriorate just feet outside our bedroom window. Complaints and issues with other tenants was never left anonymous. Recreational amenities were not available until a neighboring building set up a volleyball net & a swingset. Thankfully the park and schools are very close.
