Certified Resident

A fenced area to allow your dog to run would be nice. It seems that most of the common area is not used for a Read Moreny particular use. Additionally, the tennis court seems to be a major waste of space that could be utilized in a better manner. Perhaps an outdoor cooking area where to community would have a better chance of interacting with each other would be another better use of all of this space. It also seems as though the trash units are not capable of handling the amount of waste being produced by tenants as of late, as they are often overflowing.

Certified Resident

Since moving into this apartment I have submitted several work orders and or requests, some of which do not ev Read Moreen appear on the Residential Portal history page. Not all of these requests have been responded to in timely manner which has caused a financial hardship. From closet racks and doors falling to air coming through the windows caused a major inconvenience. Some of the Maintenance Staff do not appear to be informed on how to address certain issues. Even when addressing concerns with property management, I do not receive a response to my concerns in a timely manner. To me there is no consistency when requests are submitted. There are times I have received a phone call when I've submitted a request. This is not done for each request. It appears that I receive more of an excuse oppose to just addressing the matter at hand.

There are not enough recycling bins, they are almost always overflowing and the grounds staff is forced to thr Read Moreow away a lot of things that are recyclable.
