The first thing is that the model apartment has all new stuff in it and is freshly painted to give you a false Read More sense of how the apartments are. The apartment I rented was not available to look at before I moved in. when I moved in to my apartment I noticed a lot of issues with the place and bought it to the office attention and nothing was done about it. over time I have requested things to be done and still have been waiting to this day. If not for my situation I would have not moved in here.

The buildings hallways are not in great shape; paint chips everywhere, dingy carpet, and the front doors have Read Morespacings at the bottom and top of them (as if the door doesn't fit the door). The laundry rooms are poorly lit and dull; and at night too scarey to wash your clothes.

Rent is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
