Certified Resident

Mailboxes are not large enough and not very secure. It would be nice to have a larger box as well as a box to Read More drop off out going mail.

Hall carpet in my building, 912 Cherry tree lane is really dirty...having clean carpet would make the area much nicer...

Certified Resident

Maintenance does not respond to work orders. Office staff responds to issues "too little, too late". Price too Read More high for the level of customer service provided. Parking lots left in unacceptable condition during and after snow storms. Maintenance truck remains parked in same place day in and day out.

Please develop a better way to track maintenance requests. There are things that have yet to be completed from Read More when I moved in almost 2 years ago!

Certified Resident

Follow up, none of the staff the courtesy to call back to follow up for anything that we request, either maint Read Moreenance or any other issues. I am not sure that is call customer service. I had a chance to talk to the property manager once and she told me office staff should contact every tenants to follow up, But I never heard from anyone since I started
