The capital of Delaware, Dover is becoming one of the fastest growing communities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Founded in 1683 by William Penn, it was one of the first communities to develop in Delaware and the first state admitted into the United States. Residential and commercial progress in the area continues to grow as many are attracted to the area for its excellent school system and high quality of life. The city is also home to Dover Air Force Base, one of the most prestigious military centers in the country, making it a fantastic community for servicemen and women.

Known as the Monster Mile, Dover International Speedway is home to one of the most well-respected and exciting NASCAR races in the series. Every year Dover welcomes 200,000 fans from across the United States for racing excitement.
