Parking is a huge factor for where I'm at in the complex. Management advised that anyone that was not parked i Read Moren a space would be towed, but no action was ever taken. Many apartments also have dogs, even though they were forbidden per policy. Again the complex advised people not to have dogs, but they ultimately did nothing. Good intentions that were not followed thru. The complex also has a huge problem with kids in the parking lot.

This is a decent place to live for the value. After this property was bought by new management, they renovated Read More their interior, and I was the first person to live in after the renovation. So, everything was clean and new, but you can tell that they used cheap building materials. The carpets are really cheap and walls are really thin. Yet, the location is amazing, close to I-95 and Christiana mall, and it is very safe. There are many families who live here but still very quiet.
