I enjoy living at Brandywine Hills Apartments. The neighbors are great and for the most part it is easy to fin Read Mored a parking spot. It's expensive but that's kind of a given since it's near a major city. I had to move to the city as a requirement for my job and Brandywine Hills Apartments was one of the few nice areas we could move to. I do wish it was cheaper or that there were discounts to residents who pay on time but what can you do.

The unit which I occupied was plagued with plumbing leaks from the unit above, which resulted in mold. The apa Read Morertment maintenance department responded to these issues with small bandaid fixes which never really addressed the root problem. There was also an ongoing insect issue which the apartment management failed to properly handle.

Brandywine Hills needs to update the apartments. In the year that I have been living there I have had 4 instan Read Moreces where there was no hot water, and in one of those instances it took over a day for them to restore the hot water. The water pressure in the apartment is very low. Depending on how many people are using water in the apartment at the same time, the water would just trickle out of the faucet. Sometimes I had to wait to shower as the water pressure was so low. Also, the heat doesn't work
