        The building management team is incredible - so helpful and responsive to everything. The building is extremel Read Morey clean, modern, and full of very welcoming residents. It's dog-friendly, and conveniently located to tons of great restaurants and the metro. Love my time here so far!

          Ava H is an astounding apartment complex that offers unparalleled room features and a wonderful community sett Read Moreing. Not only are the rooms well-designed and quiet, but the apartment complex is also conveniently situated near the grocery store as well as a number of other respectable restraunt establishments. The parking garage is spacious underground. In so far as transportation, zip car is around the corner and Union Station is within walking distance. I give Ava H my highest recommendation. If you're looking for staff who care about you, this is the place you want to be.

            AvaH St is a modern living community that's conveniently located to the trendy H St area and Union Station met Read Morero/shopping area. It's a 21st Century community for independent, young adults and families living and working in the greater DC area. The gym and courtyard are he obvious perks but the mail service, security and environmentally conscious lighting system are also mindful and beneficial perks. It's a good community for those transitioning from one stage of life into another - ie roommates to no roommates. Good vibe; responsive management.
