This complex has been sufficient for my first few years leasing in DC. But at this point, short of serious imp Read Morerovements in management, I am looking for an opportunity to move as soon as practicable. New DC residents should cast a wide net for renting opportunities and consider new competition in the area before leasing here. This complex needs to respond to competition in a normal capitalist way--by enticing lessees through lower rent or better amenities; not through monopolist-esque ways--by taking advantage of the tight rental market in DC in which people are apparently willing to pay any amount for any apartment...
