Current Package pick up and processing is unacceptable. We pay to get things delivered on a certain day, they Read More do get delivered, processing should be improved in order for residents to get their packages on the day they are intended. New visitor parking reduces already limited spaces available for residents. This is a good building. The owners and management care about the quality of life here for every tenant and I Read More feel it is going to get better and better. It is not a new building, yet the owners have continually made an effort to upgrade the apartments and common areas at no additional cost to the tenants, unlike, many apartments in the city. If they can just attract a more stable tenancy it would be one of best buildings in the neighborhood.
