I think for my first apartment I am very blessed to have the Berkshire. The gym, store, laundry room and loung Read Moree is so convenient. My room is spacious and the complex is really full of all different types of people. I'm going to be very sad when I do have to leave due to after college life and moving away but for now I'm here to stay!

It's a nice building, hut the paper thin walls and bugs...probably won't renew my lease

Honestly, the only reason anyone lives here is because it's close to American University. It's overpriced, bug Read More-infested, and frustrating to live in. There's no customer service or community management. If anything, you feel distinctly unwelcome. Will be leaving as soon as I cam.
