Friendly staff, good facilities (gym, outdoor patio/bbq space, recreation/party space). Had an excellent laid Read Moreout floor plan with amazing light coming in from windows both from the south and west. Prompt service of any issues we had in apartment (reinstallation of new microwave when we first moved in that didn't work initially, no other problems that I recall... oh, there was a leak after the big hurricane which they promptly fixed in all floors that had problems.) Easy street parking.

Wow. This place was so noisy at night. There was a banging sound that kept me up every night. I hated that I h Read Moread to pay so much to not be able to sleep. I told management about it an they said they didn't hear anything. The maintenance department is really rude. It's really expensive and the value isn't that great at all. The floor plans are really basic. No pool. No sauna. There are better places around. I own a home with 2200 sq ft outside of DC for less than I paid in rent. Reconsider.
