Prior approval from management will be required by providing a photo of all dogs. Current vaccination records are required prior to move in. Weight limit is 75 per pet. $400 one time non-refundable pet fee. $50 per month pet rent per pet. Biggest issue is handling of packages. Numerous times the concierge mid logged a package and either gave our Read Morepackage to someone else or someone else's package to us. Just last week I got a package for our neighbor, but I was expecting a package for myself.

Move smoking section to other side- by road- hate having to walk through group of smokers to get to metro , sh Read Moreops etc- only true draw back to living here- may become a deal

I have lived in this apartment complex for the last year and a half and can say without reservation I have the Read More best apartment in DC. I'm moving out soon because of a job transfer, but included on the long list of things I'll miss about DC is living in this building.
I know there are some negative reviews on this site, but the building fairly recently came under new management. I have only lived here under the new management and can tell you they are wonderful. I have NEVER had an issue wit
