More good than bad or average. Friendly staff (most, but not all, will buzz you in if they recognize you). V Read Moreery clean. Email package notification. Motel gym is lacking and community events are lacking.

No events for residents and things are always broken including fire pits and grills. Views are nice and it's i Read Moren a nice area but not worth price.

This building has the worst and fewest amenities of any building in the Navy Yard area. The rents are equivale Read Morent to the other properties, but the gym is terrible and there is no pool. The finishes in the apartments are very very cheap, especially the cabinets and the floor. There is absolutely no counter space. The carpets in the halls are gross. Repeated requests for exterior window cleaning have been ignored. Trash chute rooms are never cleaned and smell disgusting. There is often barking and loud noises in hallways. The dogs are a particularly bad problem. The front desk/security personnel are a shining light and are awesome, friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff are also great. Management staff requires multiple requests to get anything done, even things for which you have already paid. The parking is uncovered, but secure. I would recommend looking at any other building in Navy Yard.
