Rent gets higher every year and now we have to pay for a trash delivery service we have no interest in. The g Read Moreym equipment is terrible and neglected. I don't know why I have a key bc they close the gym around 10pm. The laundry machine situation is also frustrating. If I forget to put money on my card on Saturday I can't get laundry done on Sunday or in the evening after the office closes bc the machine to restock money is in the leading office. Our AC is broken every other week.

The location is great for me, anything you could want in central Florida is a short drive away. The area is qu Read Moreiet, there's a park and baseball fields next door, and the office staff is very friendly. We've had some maintenance issues that I feel could have been prevented by more thorough upkeep of the building. Recently, the new ownership appears to have taken a sincere interest in improving the complex, though, so it could pick up.

Time of move in; walls are chewed up by previous owners dog and was poorly painted over. Dishwasher has one wh Read Moreeel and really does not wash any dishes just spritzes them. Holes in wall in bathroom cockroaches continuously come out of them. Kitchen light has been replaced five times in a year but keeps burning out . Went from a contract to paying month to month and the rate is about 1.75 times the contracted rate. Making living conditions worse to sleep with the roaches.

There's a lot of maintenance and restoring of the structure to be done in the complex - rusted stairwells, det Read Moreached railings, missing siding and cutters, etc. etc. Do appreciate the new roofs!

the maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond, but my air conditioning unit keeps breaking and m Read Morey kitchen faucet is always dripping. they keep fixing it, but it's never actually fixed
