The cost for rent is not worth the facilities provided. Tennis court is not nice. There is no jetty protruding Read More in the water as it was on the website. The office personnel is not dependable and courteous. Will leave as soon as my lease is up.

I really enjoy the convenient location. It is centrally located with easy access to everything offered in cent Read Moreral Florida. The staff is very professional and attentive to every request made from maintenance to personal issues at the office center. The pool, fitness centers and laundry area are very well maintained as well.

Horrible response time for maintenance. Rude staff. I reached out to the corporate office regarding an issue t Read Morehat the office wasn't helping with and they never bothered to respond. The place is falling apart. Don't move here.

I genuinely wanted to love it here. When we first moved in everyone was really nice and supportive but as soon Read More as we started having issues with the apartment they acted like we were a huge burden. Out apartment flooded 6 times in a 2 week period due to a problem the property manager admitted having prior knowledge of. They had to fix the plumbing and cut 7 holes in our walls and made us take everything out of all our closets and keep it out.We were told it would only be a week but it took 2 mo.
