Overall the apartment is overpriced for the age of the place. We had a large number of issues with bugs, lack Read Moreof parking for a two bedroom (only one assigned space resulting in vehicle towed and no reimbersment ), noise problems with thin walls, small kitchen, uneven floors throughout apartment and major problems with upkeep of building exteriors. Office and maintenance are friendly most of the time however.

If there is something in particular that you are seeing that hasn't been addressed, please let us know, we are happy to work on it. Each home does get one assigned parking space and the additional parking is on the outer perimeter of the property. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
I think the area is great - close to so many things but I think the apartments are older and the landscaping o Read Morether than the front of the building is poor. The buildings could be painted and just in better condition. The price is fine but there are other apartments that are newer and are cheaper in other areas. I'll be looking for something in a more cleaner and newer area.

Altamonte Springs is a well established area and we do have a great location right in the middle of it all. My apartment was dirty and had to be re cleaned. The water to the ice maker was shut off. The thermostat for t Read Morehe a/c - heat was not cycling, it had to be replaced. I had quite a time with cockroaches at first. My showerhead was dirty and had to be replaced. I suggested to the management office that they introduce a check off list for themselves, making sure everything is working and every room clean before issuing keys.

I am so sorry that your move in experience was not a great one. I hope that we were able to get it right for you when you let us know. Our maintenance team does implement a work list that should help them and we do our best to make sure that our residents move in experience is as best as possible. We will continue to work harder going forward.
Maintenance responded to emergency calls in a timely manner but did not fix the problem quickly.
