I've lived here almost 4 years. I feel safe here. When problem tenants move in, they don't last very long. Read MoreThey KEEP this a safe and respectable place to call home. You don't see cars on blocks, broken down and undriveable cars taking up valuable tenants parking. They STRESS being considerate to your neighbors (i.e. music levels and driving slow through complex. They are quick to fix maintenance issues. The location is perfect for shopping and transportation needs for those who don't drive

I think the management only tries to improve the buildings closest to the office as that is what new possible Read Moreresidents see. The other buildings need to beer painted, need new screens. The residents shades look raggedy, most likely because there is a separate charge to replace them when it should be included in rent pricing just to keep the property looking well kept. Jacuzzi us ALWAYS not working. Very rare that either of them work let alone both at the same time.Not enough room in this box

These are very old apartment buildings and everything kept breaking down. I've had to put in over 10 service r Read Moreequests and I just moved in April 2013. Also there's horrible pest control issues even when they come and spray. Not the best living situation especially since I work at home and would like it to be as comfortable as possible. Go elsewhere!

Some of the office staff is rude. I had to call several times to get my ice maker fixed and when I moved out i Read Moret still was not fixed.
