Pet Deposit: Less than 35 lbs = $300 non-refundable pet fee or 36 lbs and over = $500 non-refundable pet fee + $10.00 per month pet rent We allow the following pet types: dogs, cats, fish, and caged birds. Restricted breeds are as follows: Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Pitt Bull/American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinchers, Alaskan Malamute, Dalmatian, Persa Canario, Chinese Shar-Pei, Siberian Husky, Akita, or any mixes of these breeds. Reptiles, and Pot Bellied Pigs. (ones that insurance deems as high risk).
