Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $250.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $30/mo. Large pets (31-80 lbs) are $50/mo. Pet rent and one-time non-refundable pet fee are per pet. $250 per pet under 30 lbs; $350 per pet 31-80 lbs. Dog Policy: 80 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $250.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
