Aaron Lake Apartments Resident
In feb of 2014 the owners and managers sold aaron lake apartments to a new owner who brought in a managment co Read Morempany called Ram associates and they are terrible, they have let this place go bad since they took over. They have raised rents kicking tenants out that have been here from 5 to 10 years, they dont clean up the garbage, the place has insect infestations that they are slow to take care of if at all. Maintence is slow and not very good. Parking is an issue, Aaron lakes is a dump now.
